GetHuman.com database: “The gethuman project is a consumer movement to improve the quality of phone support in the US.” Basically, its a list of what buttons to press to get through to an actual human when you call a company’s support line. A good reference and time-saver.

    There is also ivrhacks which is a database of US, UK, Australian and Canadian shortcuts to company IVR systems.
