Happy Birthday to me! That’s right, you’ve heard correctly — today is my birthday!
Twenty-four years ago this very day, I was born somewhere in New York.
I’ve learned many things along the way to 24 and met many great people. Twenty-three years seems like a lot, though. But I’m feeling excited about all the new things I’ll experience as a 24-year-old.
If you are as excited about life as I am at this moment, then send me a birthday gift now and restore your previously damaged karma. You’ll feel better, it’ll bring you good luck, and it will help me get a laptop that works!
Before you celebrate your freedom, celebrate me! But seriously, a simple birthday wish from you, my friends, family, and loyal readers is all I can ask for! 
Let’s hope 24 goes a hell of a lot better than 23 did!
